材料 Ingredients:
一百五十克豬肉碎 150g minced pork
一隻皮蛋 1 century egg
兩隻雞蛋 2 eggs
一隻鹹蛋 1 salted duck egg
少許芫茜 Some coriander
少許蔥白 Some spring onion
一茶匙半生抽 1tsp soy sauce
少許胡椒粉 Some ground pepper powder
一茶匙生粉 1tsp starch
三湯匙清水 3tbsp water
少許麻油 Some sesame oil
半茶匙紹興酒 1/2tsp Chinese cooking wine
